My Wife and I recently purchased a 2008 Lexus ES 350 from Lexus of Edmonton. The purchase of an automobile can often be a difficult and frustrating experience but, with the able assistance of Sale Associate Kevin Harrington, we thoroughly enjoyed the entire process. After an initial meeting, Kevin kept an eye out for a vehicle that would match our requirements with regard to year, mileage, condition, and cost. Once the right car was identified, we were able to negotiate a very reasonable price with Kevin without any of the stress and drama that sometimes happens. The rest of the process, including pickup of out beautiful ES 350, was handled very efficiently and professionally by Kevin and Financial Services Manager, Riley Scribner. After we took delivery of our Lexus, a minor problem that occurred was resolved quickly at no cost to us with the help of both Riley and Kevin.

In addition to the friendly and efficient service provided by Kevin and Riley, we were most impressed by the high standard of facilities provided by the dealership for the comfort and convenience of customers. The customer lounge, available free breakfast, and shuttle services, are of a much higher standard than we have previously experienced. I would just like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Kevin Harrington, from Lexus of Edmonton, for assisting us in the purchase of a vehicle a few months ago. The time he spent finding us the right vehicle, along with his honest and straight forward approach, are a testament to his professionalism. This is a story I have recounted several times to friends, relatives, and anyone else who would listen. I was driving my ES 350 in for the first oil change when I noticed it was low on gas, I was going to fill up but it might make me late for my 10 AM oil change appointment so I decided to do it later. Upon arrival at Lexus of Edmonton I was asked if I would like to have a recall adjustment to the gas pedal at the same time. I said OK and was advised the car would be ready at noon. I related that the vehicle had performed perfectly with absolutely no problems since I drove it off the lot, but I did mention that the license plate holder has some minor blemishes on it. I was given a chit for a complimentary full breakfast at a nearby hotel, while eating my breakfast I was given a complimentary newspaper to read. At ten minutes to 12 I received a call on my cell phone to advise that my car was ready. Upon picking it up I found it had been washed, was full of gas, and the license plate holder had been replaced, all complimentary!! No wonder Lexus owners are Happy Campers.

When I purchased my 2009 ES350 I was treated with respect and professionalism. When I took the car for a scheduled inspection I also received fantastic service! I totally enjoy the experience of dealing with Kevin and Lexus of Edmonton. Definitely, I would recommend Kevin and a Lexus product.

I LOVE my Lexus and have absolutley NO regrets on buying the one I did! I appreciated that the buying experience was professional and demostrated with obvious integrity beginning the first time I walked through the door. The service is remarkable and well organzied. Something I wasn't use to in past (with other dealerships) but extremely appreciate now from Lexus. Now spoiled ~ I can never go back. I am not sure what to say we have had very good service. I guess I would say that when we were looking to buy we made 3 different visits before we signed on the dotted line and each time we were given the information and not once did we feel pressured to buy, then when we had a question and I drove up to see if Kevin was working he came out and could answer the question right there and now I use my navagation system with no problems. Lexus of Edmonton was a wonderful dealership to work with and the car is a dream to drive. The Infinity was equal in looks on the exterior but was inferior in the styling inside the car. The dealership's staff and professionalism was also far interior to the Lexus' Dealership.

Since my first ever visit to Lexus of Edmonton Pre-Owned Centre I have been impressed by the professionalism and courtesy extended to me as a "guest". The process of choosing my Lexus was a lengthy one; I made numerous visits and drove a number of different cars before deciding upon the beautiful blood red GS300 with tan interior that I now own. During that process the warmth of my welcome from Stuart never wavered, there was never any pressure of any kind, and I commend him and Lexus of Edmonton for their patience with my exacting requirements.

Since purchasing my Lexus the level of service has been what can only be described as surreal, compared to other dealerships. Every time I return to Lexus of Edmonton for a service, or just for a cup of tea and a chat, I am made to feel like a part of the family. As I can only get to Lexus in the evening after work, I am always given loaner, another Lexus, to use until my GS is ready.

My ownership experience has not been without the odd glitch, but any problems that occurred with the car, and they were minor, have been promptly attended to without any fuss or reneging on promises from Lexus of Edmonton. Anything that was promised me by Stuart in the sales process, or afterward, was honoured to the letter, a very unusual occurrence at a dealership once the car has been driven off the lot.

I love my GS and do not have any regrets about my purchase. It is my first luxury car and is quite simply the best car I have ever owned. For me it has just the right combination of power, mileage, handling and safety features. The heating and air conditioning is the best I have ever known, on a hot summer day it can become so cold in the car that you completely forget how hot it is outside; in the winter it is quick to become warm and cosy. It makes my daily drive a pleasure and on the weekends I am looking for an excuse to take the car out for a drive somewhere. The car itself coupled with the first class service makes ownership of a Lexus a unique and very satisfying experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Lexus of Edmonton to anyone in the market for a really superb vehicle and a dealership that cares about its’ "guests".

Our experience with purchasing our vehicle through Lexus was top notch. Right from the start, our sales person, Maurice St Arnault went beyond good service when he offered to accomidate us by showing us the vehicle we seen on the internet on a Sunday (his own time) since we were unable to come to the city during the week. He met us on Sunday and let us take it for a test drive, going over all the facts and answering all our questions pertaining to the vehicle without making us feel like we were interupting this day off. After that he continued to keep in touch with us over the phone and internet for the following week helping us get everything in place so that we could come in the follwing Saturday to pick up the vehicle. Ryley, made the whole transaction from agreeing on pricing and terms, to following up with us that he would not be in the day we were to come in and sign all the paper work but that Tim would be there to complete everything .When we arrived we were greeted by Maurice, offered water or coffeeand then introduced to Tim.

They all made us feel just as important as someone buying a brand new Lexus. All the paperwork was ready and within a very short time we were handed the keys to our new vehicle. It was all polished and detailed to look as though it was a brand new vehicle. Even after the purchase was complete, a few weeks later we received a call from Maurice just to make sure that were not having any problems or if we had any questions arrise after driving our vehicle for a few weeks . We were really impressed with this and confirmrd that he was not only a great salesman but a great person as well.
